During the initial session, we will discuss the primary concern, collect details about your family history, and complete necessary paperwork.
The first session will last 60 minutes, while subsequent session will be scheduled for 45 minutes each.
We are in network with United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health and subsidiary plans. We can also bill for out of network services. In addition, we provide for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). If you do not have medical insurance, our self-pay rate is $150 per session.
Payments are made in the form of debit card/credit cards. We do not accept Cash. Co-payment are due in full at the beginning of each session.
Kindly be aware that when you schedule an appointment, we reserve a dedicated time slot exclusively for you. To ensure we can maintain the quality of care, it is important to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations to avoid incurring a $65 cancellation fee. *If you do not notify us of a cancellation, your card will be charged for the entire session fee.
